Sooo….I quit Insanity. The videos were from a Japanese website and had problems loading. I either had to do double the work or take extra breaks, both of which I think are bad.

I’ve gone back to running and lifting. Double cardio almost everyday was not fun, and all the jumping was taking a toll on my knees.

Running is starting to become a thing I’m okay with. I’m getting faster and better and don’t actively dread doing it. I’m excited to see what I can do.
